Replay is seeking a caring and energetic Part-Time Junior to join our childcare team. You'll play a vital role in creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for our youngest members, ages 0-6.

About the Role:

• Supervise and engage with young children in a variety of age-appropriate activities, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Create a fun and stimulating learning environment through play, storytelling, and creative exploration.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times, maintaining a clean and organized play area.
• Assist with diaper changes, potty training, and other basic needs.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing updates on their child's day.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with young children in a daycare, preschool, or nannying setting is preferred.
• A deep love for children and a passion for fostering their development through play.
• Strong patience, creativity, and the ability to engage children of various ages and interests.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, parents, and colleagues.
• CPR and First Aid certified (or willingness to obtain certification).
• A commitment to upholding Replay's values and principles of Unreasonable Hospitality.
